Uses of Blemango Q10 Tablet

  • Weakness and fatigue associated with viral fever
  • Weakness and fatigue associated with chronic illness

Benefits of Blemango Q10 Tablet

Weakness and fatigue after viral fever

After a viral fever, the body needs extra nutrients to recover. This tablet combines coenzyme Q10 and L-carnitine, which take part in turning food into energy inside cells, with B vitamins, vitamins A, C, D3 and E, zinc and selenium, which support normal immune function. It is a nutritional supplement and does not replace treatment of the illness itself.

Weakness and fatigue in chronic illness

Long-term illness can leave people low on energy and nutrients. The antioxidants astaxanthin, lycopene, L-glutathione and vitamins C and E help protect cells from oxidative stress, while omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) support heart and general health. Evidence that these ingredients reduce fatigue is limited, so use it alongside your doctor's advice.

Side effects of Blemango Q10 Tablet

Most side effects are mild and settle as your body adjusts. Tell your doctor if they continue or worry you.

  • Nausea, heartburn or stomach upset
  • Diarrhoea
  • Fishy aftertaste or burping
  • Headache
  • Difficulty sleeping

How to take Blemango Q10 Tablet

Take the dose your doctor or dietician advises, preferably after a meal such as breakfast. Swallow the tablet whole with water; do not chew or crush it.

How Blemango Q10 Tablet works

Coenzyme Q10 and L-carnitine help cells produce energy: L-carnitine carries fatty acids into the mitochondria, and coenzyme Q10 helps convert them into usable energy. Astaxanthin, lycopene, L-glutathione and vitamins C and E act as antioxidants. Omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) support heart and brain health, while zinc, selenium and vitamins A and D3 support immune function. B vitamins help the body release energy from food.
